Fried tilapia recipes
All the fired tilapia delicacies generally take a time of half an hour or 45 minutes for complete preparation. It is not as easy to make the fried tilapia dishes as easy it is to make the baked or broiled or similar other tilapia dishes. Though it is time consuming but it offers great taste to the tongue and an irresistible texture.
For making a pan fried tilapia, chopped parsley, peanut oil, flour, tilapia fillets, lemon juice which has been freshly picked, butter, salt and pepper to add taste to the dish is needed. The tilapia is seasoned with pepper and salt and then the portions are slightly dusted with flour. The fish is then sauté in the peanut oil till the time it is nicely browned with a tinge of golden to it. Once it is properly browned it means that the fish has been cooked all the way through. When the frying is done the tilapia is removed, the oil is drained and the fresh lime juice is added to it along with some parsley and butter. For blending it is whisked and then the tilapia is poured over by it.
Similarly for the preparation of pan fried tilapia which is accompanied by herb and tomato sauce is a recipe that would take about an hour or so to cook but is a excellent blend of tastes. One must make sure that dried basil, garlic that has been minced, tarragon that has been dried, olive oil, minced onion, tomatoes that are canned, dried thyme, white wine, hot pepper sauce, black pepper for taste, salt, tomato paste, butter or margarine, and tilapia fillets are collected at one place.
For cooking another fried tilapia dish that is pan seared with five spices it does not take much time. Also it is easier than the other fried tilapia dishes and has a taste of its own. For the preparation the essentials are brown sugar, white pepper, ponzu sauce, tilapia fillets, cornstarch, fresh lemon juice, coarse salt, fresh lime pieces, five spice powder and black pepper that has been freshly ground.
